And now, a brief musical interlude

Does this song fall in the category of "cautionary tale" or "how-to guide"?

Peter S is SO weird ~~ after that HBO biopic, especially . . . what an outfit!

Sellers was a strange, but immensely talented man. It's hard to believe that the same guy played all three of the parts he played in Dr. Strangelove.

I heard on the radio this morning that Disney is eliminating all smoking and references to cigarettes in their movies. Watching that vid, I realized that it would never be done today. Think of all the great old cartoons where characters are drinking (and drunk), smoking... in our sanitized world today, that'll never happen anymore.

On another note, They now have nukes

Another reason to love the muppet show. I would file this one under self-improvement/self-help. Crazy and insane may have been some of the best compliments I've received in my day.

Sin, indeed.

Coolcat, thanks for that. We visited down there a year ago in May. I think, personally, that they're just waiting to have the numbers to launch against their alligator cousins on the mainland.

Johnny, I know. And aren't all the kids SO much better off for being shielded from this stuff?

Barbara, Eric, it's something to think of how talented he was isn't it?

I've got to vote how-to guide. I know watching this as a kid made me lust after wine, women, and that foul weed tobacco. Oddly enough, I'm enjoying them right now.

Great vid! The Muppets are coming to Atlanta, to be museum'ed at our Center for Puppetry Arts.

I loved Peter Sellers. When your family's fave movie is A Shot in the Dark, how can you not?
