I had no idea who this clown is so I googled "Clowns Nominated For Academy Awards". That was no help either but I did find pictures of Eddie Albert, Jeff Goldblum, Heath Ledger and Ellen DeGeneres.

It's Gwyneth Paltrow. She wore similar makeup at the Academy Awards a few years ago.
