The compound is under construction. Gathering enough plywood, galvanized tin and used trailers takes time, not to mention stockpiling all the shotgun ammo, canned goods and bourbon.

Skylersdad, he normally shows a lot of teeth, giving him the appearance of smiling. Our daughter occasionally moves his lips back over his teeth and they stay like that for several minutes. It's a hoot.

If I hadn't just read otherwise, I would have sworn those were Hallowe'en vampire teeth. And I didn't know you could get them to fit dogs.

Jewgirl, thank you. He just has the most unusually white teeth of any dog I've ever known. That picture is a year or two old, he's not quite as sparkly now.
