Rained out Random Ten

Well, this is a drag. Got all this stuff ready for the big garage sale and it is raining. Not much now, but by noon it's supposed to be thunderstorms. Ah well. There's still Saturday, and maybe Sunday too if we feel like it.

Let's have some music for a rain delay. Here's today's Rained-Out Random Ten:

Goo Goo Muck--The Cramps

Sheena Is A Punk Rocker--The Ramones

The Hardest Button To Button--The White Stripes

Excitable Boy--Warren Zevon

You Really Got Me--Van Halen

Till I Get My Way--The Black Keys

Bone Machine--The Pixies

Dragula--Rob Zombie (I just noticed something 42 seconds into that video that shocked me)

Singapore--Tom Waits

Eighteen--Alice Cooper

Just think how scary clowns will be AFTER they've been struck by a few doses of nuclear radiation. Why, they could take down an entire village-wide garage sale. Muahahahahaha! May you sell much junk.

Hey, if they can't come and buy your priceless treasures because of a little rain then the hell with them! They don't deserve your stuff!

Please, please, send us some rain.

Terrific male songs -- oorah!

(I go for Amy Winehouse as the best female songster of the last few years that I know of)

Good luck with th sale -- something better tomorrow!

There's some kind of law that it has to rain during garage sales. The bigger the garage sale, the heavier the rain.

Answer for garage sales and rain = invest in several of those huge blue cheap tarps, throw them over everything when it starts raining, and when it stops put out a sign that says "FREE WATERLOGGED EARTHWORMS! HURRY!"

thx for the blog linky -- returned the fav

I think our iPod's are about 70 to 80 percent the same.

Ok, I'm gonna fess up that I'd never given Rob Zombie a serious listen to, but I loved that one. It was downright catchy. And, quit your sniveling about that clown.

I would venture to say that you are the most heavily armed of us all, and if you can't protect us from such evils, who? Who? Who?
