Yes indeedy, it's Weenie-Waver Wednesday!
Today's story works on so many levels. It's got:
-Drugs
-Booze
-Driving while (partly) naked
-Christian radio personalities
Tommy Tester, pastor at Gospel Baptist Church in Bristol, Virginia, got a little freaky at the car wash in Johnson City, Tennessee. Now, after reading the above article, and this story, it's clear what the Rev. Tester did, but maybe not the order in which he did it:
- He exposed himself
- He was wearing a skirt
- He offered to orally pleasure the investigating officers
- He rolled out of his car and pissed in a car wash bay with a bunch of kids nearby
- He had an open bottle of vodka in his car
- He was intoxicated
- He had a bottle of Oxycodone in the car with him
Rev. Tester is also an employee of Christian radio station WZAP-AM, "The One to Turn To."
In a surprising turn of events, Rev. Tester has denied the charges, and the owner of WZAP, Al Morris, is asking listeners to pray for Tester.
*Note: Here's another item in a long list of things I like about the South--newspaper writers with names like Kacie Dingus Breeding.

The odds are that car wash where he did that stuff is near our condo. This shows you how much the media in my area covers up for these freaks, I did not even hear about this on my local news or see it in the paper, granted though I don't read the papers but still it should have been front page worthy around here.
Are there any weenie-wavers with normal names, for God's sakes! Tommy Tester?!!
This story really makes you understand Dr. Monkey Von Monkerstein a little better, doesn't it?
I'm really surprised he was drinking. Just doesn't seem the type.
I wonder if the fact that they have strange names makes them do these weird things
Nice. :-)
I only trust my news to someone named "Dingus Breeder". Anyone else might be part of this Republican news media that I hear so much about.
Doc
Doc, thank you. You were the first person to acknowledge what I think is, without a doubt, the best name in the news bidness.
katy, it's like people who name their sons "John Wayne", a recipe for disaster.
Grant, I know. I just don't know what to think of this crazy mixed-up world of ours any more.
Beth, he is, like, in the Bermuda triangle of bible thumping freakiness isn't he?
Splotchy, it's funny how that works out isn't it?
Dr MVM, I feel your pain.
God, what IS it with Virginia?!
Megan, I'm not sure about this yet, but I may be about to make a bold pronouncement:
Virginia might be the new Florida.
Wonder where he got oxycodone?? From what I hear there is a nationwide shortage right now and the people that really need this medication can't even get it!! That is only for the ones that have cash can get it. What about that news flash!! The pharmacies will not take your insurance for oxycodne in Tampa 90% of them will only fill your prescription if you pay cash!! Where the hell are the reporters for this story?? Is there not any media that will report on this or are they some way related to the big picture. Does anyone know about this issue?? It is all over Florida.
