The compound is under construction. Gathering enough plywood, galvanized tin and used trailers takes time, not to mention stockpiling all the shotgun ammo, canned goods and bourbon.

I can tell you that if we still lived in Des Plaines we would have been there and we would have walked because it's only a few blocks away from the old homestead.
I'm sorry I missed it, but for what it's worth, I went to the Tiki Bar next door and celebrated like it was 1999.
