That's what a digital road sign in Austin, Texas read after some enterprising hackers took control of it. Since this was Texas, several dozen motorists immediately exited the highway to buy more guns.
We can only hope state transportation departments across the nation will be so quick to respond when the real zombie apocalypse finally arrives.

Way more useful than "plowing and sanding ahead" as far as I am concerned.
Do you think anyone who bought those guns, after seeing it say Zombie Nazis, then went to look for the Zombie Nazis to give their extra guns to them?
That is one sweet prank, unless of course the sign said bridge out, or something kind of important.
I'm not the first in the Blogosphere to notice this, but they should adjusted the traffic signs around Crawford and Dallas instead, where the true zombie has just moved west from D.C.
Being Texas and all, I'm surprised some of the locals didn't just go on a zombie hunt. You know, head down to the local high school and shoot those three goth kids that hang out behind the portable buildings.
I still hate Austin, but that made me laugh.
Top Ho! What a wheeze! What wags! what Japes! I normally hate pranks but this good! Better than 'Banksy'...
I misses it?
Crap!
missed, I mean, though I still do....
Hahahaha to Barbara's comment, the original zombie, of course.
Haven't they heard you can't kill a zombie with a gun?
I hear that FEMA has some prefabricated trailer homes to accommodate all those people who head North away from all those marauding zombies.
